DESCRIPTION:A Girl & A Gun Women’s Shooting League (AG&AG) is a shooting club established by women shooters for women shooters. AG&AG events are fun\, social gatherings where women come together for support\, encouragement\, ask questions in a safe\, nonjudgmental environment\, improve their marksmanship\, and bond together in the shooting community. All events are supervised by female NRA-certified firearms instructors. All facilitators are women who “speak girl” and provide techniques and tips for female shooters. Their goal is to empower\, educate\, and have fun at the range! AG&AG events have been successful stepping stones for thousands of women shooters. \nThe Prescott Area chapter meets here at the same time  every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month (holidays may change schedule). Prospective members are always welcome! Range fee is discounted\, and your first meeting is free! SUMMARY:Fundamental Skill Builder: Part 1 of the Four Part Series
DESCRIPTION:FUNDAMENTAL SKILL BUILDER: Whether you are new to shooting or looking to improve your accuracy and speed this skill builder is for you! This is a 4 part series where the skills you learn will build upon one another to increase your accuracy and speed. \nSession 1- We will discover which eye is your dominant eye\, work on your stance\, grip\, and sight alignment. \nSession 2 –  We will work on aiming\, breath control\, trigger control\, and following through with your shot. \nSession 3  We will work on drawing from the holster and clearing stoppages/malfunctions. \nSession 4  We will work with you out on the range trouble shooting any areas of concern followed by a classroom lesson on how to clean and maintain your firearm. \nFor this class you will need: \n\nEye and ELECTRONIC ear protection (for safety reasons\, you must be able to easily hear our instructor; if you don’t have it\, we rent it for $3)\nA handgun and at least 3 magazines\nHolster with sturdy belt (Holster will be used in Part 3)\nApproximately 100-150 rounds of ammunition\n\nPREREQUISITE: NONE \nRegister Today
